 International Shipping & Return Policy

Here at Top Precision Inc dba Gendrons Inc (Referred to as Gendrons), we stand behind our products.  If there is a problem with your order or if you need to return or exchange an item, we will do our best to make things right. As such, we offer a 30-Day hassle free refund policy. 

 

Please note that International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and fees (if any). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what those charges might be. Once this item has shipped, refusal to pay Customs Fees will cause this order to be returned.  If that happens, the cost of return shipping WILL be deducted from any potential refund along with any of your unpaid Customs Fees.  It should be noted that return shipping is ALWAYS substantially more than the original shipping cost.  Original shipping is NOT eligible for refund.  

 

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back and we have processed them at our warehouse (original shipping is not eligible for refund unless we shipped the wrong item).

You may return items for a refund/exchange providing they are unused and in their original packaging. All accessories originally included with your item must be included with your return.

Contact us to start the process and let us know if you would like to:

  •  Return the item for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Return an item to us as an exchange for a different item. (Buyer pays the price difference if over the refund amount and will receive a refund for the remaining refund owed if under.) Please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for.

  • Return an item for replacement on broken, damaged, or incorrect items. (Please provide a description of the issue.  We may request pictures to clarify.)

From there, we will issue you a unique Return Authorization number (RA#) and provide you with a discounted quote for return shipping.  While we would greatly like to offer free shipping on International returns, at the moment it is not possible to do so. Once the return shipping has been paid we will provide you with a return label. Please use the label provided so that your refund will be expedited.

Returns will be inspected upon arrival and serial numbers verified with our records before a refund or exchange is processed. We will notify you on the status of your refund, replacement, or exchange via email. Replacements/ Exchanges will be mailed out within 2 business days of receiving the return. We will notify you of its shipment and the tracking ID via email. We will initiate the refund within 2 business days of receiving the return. While we process returns and refunds within 2 business days, it may take up to 10 business days for your Bank/ Card/ PayPal to complete it depending on their processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Please note that a restocking fee of 10% will be applied if the steps mentioned above are not followed. (IE: We were not contacted before item was returned so no RA# was provided, the prepaid return label was not used, or an incomplete order/an incorrect item was returned.)
